Accessing the Portal
- Visit our support portal at https//support.april9.au/
- No login is required to browse public articles or submit basic support tickets
- For enhanced features, click the "Sign In" button in the top right corner
Key Features
1. Submit a Support Ticket (No Login Required)
- Click the Submit a Request button
- Fill in the required fields:
- Your name and email
- Subject of your request
- Description of your issue
- Any relevant attachments
- Click "Submit" to create your ticket
- You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number
2. Browse Public Knowledge Base
- Access our collection of public help articles
- Use the search bar to find specific topics
- Browse by category using the navigation menu
- Articles include step-by-step instructions and helpful screenshots
3. Enhanced Features with Login
After logging in, you can:
Track Your Support Tickets
- View all your previous tickets
